This is the most disgusting store in Hattiesburg, customer service is very poor, Don't go here for any buying needs as the store's return policy is subpar, and If your trying to sell and old instrument, every time you're going to be confronted by some idiot who will tell you that the item isn't worth that much and he will try and cheat you out of your money EVERYTIME.I was a loyal customer, but I will never buy anything out of there EVER again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone that expects good customer service EVER step foot in that store.

These guys made me feel welcome and it seemed like they wanted my business,& I was just getting strings.

Don`t like to bother with negativity but,... Very rude and arrogant. poor salesmanship. The products are the basics. . Charged me 25 bucks for a cardboard box that I needed to ship a guitar. Very small selection of everything. Also the store is listed as a dealer for many products that you will never see in the store. Of course they can order them, but so can I. Perfect example of why the internet is the way to go for buying musical equipment.

Normally I'm not one to complain, but I took my Marshall amp in here to get fixed this past summer. They charged me an un-refundable $50 just to look at it. They literally had my amp for three months. The "amp specialist" kept saying he was about to figure out the problem, but he never did. I few days ago, a friend of mine who works with electronics and amplifiers decided to take a look at it. He fixed it in two days with minimal effort. He said all he did was a simple soldering, and that it should have been a no brainer for anyone who works on amps. Starting to think this "amp specialist" didn't even look at it, and instead they just took my free money. Needless to say, won't be visiting here again.
