I have been a customer of Eye Works for several years. Bought glasses there several times and had eye exams. I went today to get an eye exam. Good experience. I went to the eyeglass shop next door. I am ordering a set of goggles online and needed my PD # that they have on file from my previous purchases. Whoever the tall dark headed lady that works there...well she's totally unsettling. She told me it would cost $50 for that information. I explained I'm a regular customer, she said it didn't matter...$50. Her attitude was border line confrontational. She really turned me off on the whole place. I saw the manager outside, who I've bought glasses from. He wanted to try and make it right but honestly, I just didn't want to go back inside and have to look at her miserable looking face. Someone needs to let her know that she really shouldn't be working with the public. Long story short, they lost a ling term customer today.
