This establishment (Greyhound Bus Station, Hattiesburg, MS) needs to close the doors. They have store cashier operating as Bus Agents. The cashier named Mariah is very unprofessional and crooked. She had to call her MOTHER which is her supervisor to find out that she needed to provide me an original receipt for CASH I paid to have a ticket exchanged, she wanted me to take a photocopied receipt (how dumb can she be)!!! Greyhound Corporate office and operator are just as unprofessional and crooked as the cashier/bus agent. I would have never expected they would allow such behavior to take place using their name. The cashier/bus agent was planning to pocket my money, but got surprised when she realized her scam did not work. I recommend Corporate Office ensure their terminal employees are trained and of course go through and extensive background check. My guess is Mariah has done this before on many occasions. Now I understand why Greyhound moved from their previous location to a GAS STATION (they were not making a profit because of employees like Mariah and Jonnie Sue). They were and are still being riped off by employees like MARIAH. Greyhound Corporate I suggest you fire the cashier/bus agent, Mariah and her mother/manager, Jonnie Sue because eventually your are going to end up in "Bankruptcy Court" if you allow them to continue.
