Provided by YP.comI have tried to call this morning 4 times. Once the phone rang 30 times and someone picked it up and hung up. I tried again 2 more times and those times immediately someone picked it up and hung up. The receptionist is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. The caseworkers do not have voicemail so it's hit and miss and no one can answer a straight question no matter how long they've been working there, they always have to 'get back to you on that'. In dealing with agencies from other states they are friendly, helpful, polite and have cell phones and voicemail and are easily reached and return your calls promptly.
