I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the service provided by this papa johns. It was my first time ordering from Papa Johns and I ordered my pizza online. I was sent an email confirmation at 2:39 and at 3:40 I still hadn't received any pizza. The person on the phone said she would call and see what was going on, but never called back to tell me anything or give an update. I called back to tell her I still didn't receive my order only for her to say, "You still didn't get it?". Um.. Duh why do you think I'm calling back. I asked for a refund and all she could say was "Sorry about that". Wow, talk about customer service. I had no explain action as to why my food hadn't arrived and the worker obviously didn't call to find out or care. Plus, the woman told me it would take 2 DAYS for my money to be back on my card. I'm NEVER ordering again.
