Horrible service these days. Use to be a great store for your outdoors needs. Unfortunately, the owner's son is a rude, self-absorbed, and unhelpful college kid who seemingly could careless about customer service. Ancient medieval return policy compared to 'modern' establishments--only store credit, no refunds. Great brands still, but selection of sizes and no knowledge of when stock is going to come in is ridiculous (Vibrams VFF for example). For many consumers, it would be better off with online vendors such as Amazon.com...better prices and service (even for returns!).
