Now under new management with a new set of employees. Manager responds to customers complaints during the hours of 8 am to 6 pm. Open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Worst cab company. Unprofessional rude driver. Called night before for 7:15am pickup. Called at 7:00am to remind them of the pickup. Still late. Driver calls me at 7:22am complaining that she can't find the address. Then I explain how and she states that she's 20 MINUTES OUT. I have to be there at 8am sharp. Then she proceeds to tell me I have an attitude and says "you can get someone else." I call dispatch only to be told that she is the only driver. He didn't even seem surprised. Business people, DO NOT USE them. They are not reliable at all.

Yesterday I pre-booked a taxi with this company for an early morning airport run. The taxi service was appalling. I called at 0520 to ensure that taxi was good for the pre-booked 0530 pick-up, they suggested they were. However, six phonecalls later and time now 0610 I had to run to intersection to find the taxi that had been driving up and down the wrong street. There were no apologies and the female assistant almost saw their incompetence as a joke. Ultimately the taxi got us to the airport too late and we missed our flight. After waiting 8.5 hours for the next, we have found that it is also now fully booked. This $100 taxi ride, the incompetence and poor attitute of staff has led to approximately $1000 costs. DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE PUNCTUALITY OR DECENCY

This company is very rude. They don't know how to treat they customers right. I call them yesterday they say they have somebody out to me about 45 mins never show I call back going tell me sorry for inconvenience they won't be able come. this like 3 or 4 time they did this. They need to be shut down.

The people that work at this company do not have cdl commercial license they sleep on desk steal money do drugs and are very rude to customers equitment breaks down...i do not recommend using this taxi service they should be shut down

By far the WORST taxi company I've ever come in contact with. Made reservations at 5'oclock with the despatcher to arrive at 6 o'clock repeatedly called and was sent to voicemail, never arrived.

Worst taxi in the world. They are always late and I'm not talking about 5-15mins late, more like 30-1hr. And that's if they come at all. They drive nasty cars which the smoke like a sailor in.



I had called at 7am to request a cab for 9:30am and they lady said someone will be there to pick you up. So 9:30 comes and no one is here of course. At 9:45 I call the Yellow

Cab place and get no answer. So long story short I miss my appointment and they didn't answer the whole all day.



So this is my warning for anyone DO NOT DRIVE WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY SUCK! Go with Gains Transportation or Xpress Taxi.
