I've been attending the PAK's Kickboxing class since 2011 and keep attending because of the instructors, class structure, location and sweat factor. The instructors are approachable & personable. They try to make the class lighthearted and will work with you to try to help you obtain fitness goals. As an example, the main instructor was gone from class for ~1 week a few months ago and I asked Master Heidi if I could supplement my exercise routine by running after class. She approved this plan! During a workout you will hold the key to how challenging your workout will be since the program allows for all exercise levels, beginning to experienced. I can honestly say that this class makes me sweat (work) more than any other group exercise class I have participated in. I've also never felt 'judged' during a work out and feel that the class participants are friendly and easy to interact with as well.

We love Paks and all of the great people who work there! They have been genuine and helpful since my son started the Tiny Tigers program almost a year ago! I definitely would refer them to anyone who would be interested in getting themselves or their kids involved in martial arts!

Karate Rocks����Paks made or move to Haughton much easier. We have been here almost two years and My son loves Karate. We love the staff!!Thank you for helping my son with school work,self esteem self defense and treating him like family you guys are greatly appreciated
