Have had good experiences at Head cutters and they have always done fine work for me and my family. Meagan always does a great job and takes extra care with my son who has special needs

If you want to be unhappy with your results and to deal with people who are not honest then this is the place for you! I went to headcutters the other day to get my hair dyed dark chocolate brown. I specifically asked for a color that does NOT look black. When I got home and dried my hair it was JET BLACK with patches of light brown that she missed. Also, when she was dying my hair, instead of clipping it up she let the hair sit on my neck and on the side of my face staining my skin and dying the hairs on my face and neck. She told me when I got home to use soft scrub with bleach to remove it. It didn't work and it irritated my skin. Everything was totally unacceptable. I went in two days later to explain that I was very unhappy with my hair. They offered me highlights which i did not want and refused to strip my hair to lighten it up. My mother who was very angry with the situation called and suggested I get a full refund. The manager of headcutters lied to my mother and said that I asked for black hair (she wasn't even there the day i got my hair done) and ALL the girls who were there (there was only 1 other girl) heard me ask for black which was such a lie. She basically called me a liar and did not give me a refund. Two of my friends went there and now refuse to go back. I now have to spend triple the money to get it fixed but i guess its true, you get what you pay for. Save yourself the trouble and spend the extra couple of dollars somewhere else with more professionalism and people who work to make their clients happy.

I would not recomend this haircutting place to to personal problems I have with this store. They nearly sliced my ear off while getting a hair cut!
