On a trip to NZ in 2014, I had the good fortune to have Gino and his staff make my trip to and from JFK a pleasure! Now, 4 years later, I am looking forward to having them repeat that trip so I start off in a relaxed and positive frame of mind. The rest is up to our good Lord.

Do not use this company! I would give it zero if I could. I write this as I wait at the airport for an Uber. They call me when my flight lands and tell me not to call them until after I pick up my bags. My flight took a while to taxi and they had to change terminals. They called me back as I am waiting to get off the plane which didn’t make sense as I didn’t get my bags yet. I told them about the switch and that we were just notified. Their employee/dispatcher in a nice, professional manner proceeded to tell me “you’re killing me bro. You can’t do that to me. We aren’t a small company. “ then tells me he doesn’t know when he can get to me. I told him I have an infant and can’t really wait around in the cold forever and needed to know that he was going to get me and he said he didn’t know when someone would come to me. He told me the taxi should have only taken 10 minutes, almost insinuating I was lying. We then got into to a verbal argument and I cancelled the service. Shame on them for putting a customer in that awkward situation of trying to put blame on me and fighting with me. Very unprofessional. You’d think they have done this before. Clearly they are an amateur outfit. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices. Pay the higher rates from a different company to ensure a professional, secure experience

I called Gino and arranged for an eight passenger van for saturday 3/30/13 to go from Babylon to Franklin Square and back. It was my Grandson's wedding. The driver, Nick arrived on time and he could not have been nicer. The van was spotless and comfortable. It was in showroom condition. If soneone needs a car service I would advise them to call Gino. The price was very fair and the servce was excellant.Would surely use again. Joe Zimmerman, Deer Park,NY

I seriously do not know where or how to begin this review. I do quite a bit of traveling and found myself in a rut when it came to traveling back and forth to the airport. It became a regular routine for me to log onto the Internet and make my shuttle reservations. I had been doing this for a number of years always using a Shuttle Service who refers to themselves as "Super." Unfortunately there service was far from "Super." Since September of 2012 I have used Islander Airport Shuttle four (4) times. Each and every experience has resulted in 5 Star Service. I highly recommend Islander Airport Shuttle if you are on Long Island and need an airport shuttle service; one way or round trip. Keep up the GREAT JOB Gino! I would also like to say thanks to some of the drivers too; Nick, Mike, Mike (there are 2 drivers by the name of Mike) Louis and Byron who are all very professional. None of them sped, rolled through stop signs or tailgated any vehicle. I urge you to try this company!

Service was great.Drivers and Dispatchers were friendly well organized and respectful.Anyone who says this business is not up to par is one of those people who will never be satisfied, regardless of how good the service is.

Boy did they save us. We thoughy our flight planner debbie had everything booked but no, she didn't she forgot to book us our ride back home. We called islander and in less than 20 mins haf someone pick us up and drop us off. He let us smoke and did not bother us. I would highly recommend them. I'be usef them twice since 3/27/12 id recommend them to jesus. 6 stars for sure ask for lou, he's the best.

Most unreliable shuttle service. We were abandoned at JFK airport on 3/24/12 at 1am in the morning. Their dispatcher/manger Gino, became abrasive and began cursing when challenged with our calls made from airport as to why driver was not there. He admitted the following day that he didn't have anyone to pick us up. He managed to get a new employee to fall out of bed to get us at 2:15am. Gino utilized stalling techniques so our party of 8 wouldn't notice his short staff issues and asked us to backtrack to Terminal 2-3 on foot during a 30mph rainstorm. I didn't buy into in it and challenged his poor decisions. After dealing with his comments"I've been doing this for over twenty years" , I told him there was no excuse for not admitting his poor approach and decision-making, so how does Gino react? He bagan cursing at us. The owner was just as ineffective as his staff. He assured me a return phone call the following morning to resolve our complaint and he never called back. POOR SERVICE!

seen their new vans on expressway, booked round trip ride from farmingville, was very impressed ,driver was on time ,van was new , would definately use again.

Great Company!!! Great Service!! Will recommend to anyone!!
