Had confirmation to be picked up on a Sunday to go to the Newark airport. Confirmation and payment info had been faxed the week before. Phone confirmation was made the morning of pick up. Driver showed up ONE HOUR late, insisted on cash payment once we were en route then threated to leave us on the side of the road, in the pouring rain. Driver was rude, threatening to the point of pushing me to tears. Cursed out both my husband and myself. Complaints made to the manager are yet to be resolved. We drove to airport in fear for our safety. Were it not for the bad weather and a 15 flight delay, we would have missed our flight. Would not recommend by any stretch of the imagination - EVER
