Provided by YP.comC.S. I can only assume my father told you as well he wanted to be on the road but neglected to tell this important information to his only surviving heirs, His three daughters! Being on the road and near the road are two different things. If you had any common sense you would know that! It's also obvious you know nothing about a Veteran and especially a Vietnam Veteran who was disrespected and spit on after coming home from the war. Those Veterans looked for respect all their lives as did my father. My father planned his military funeral looking for that last bit of respect and your telling me, He wanted his monument on the edge of the road? If you honestly believe that, I have two grave plots in a prime location on the edge of the road for sale. There is no walking to get to them just drive up, reach out and touch, The added bonus you also get with that, tire tracks on the foundation of your stone. Speaking of embarrassment, I'm sure he would be more embarrassed and madder than a hornets nest to think he got swindled out of a proper burial spot! Maybe next time post your name and we can discuss it in further detail and I can tell you about how you feel doesn't really concern me. I guess you'll have that though in a small town where no one wants to step on any toes. What does concern me Is there is a huge possibility that I actually know you!

Provided by YP.comWhat does any of this have to do with your father being a vet? He wanted that spot and I feel like he would be embarrassed of what you are doing. As would Janette. People want to be on the road for easy access, you are making yourself look like a fool.

Provided by YPmobileI tend to agree for a stonehedge on the road or make it pedestrian path.. How would you feel if it was your veteran father. Springfield

Provided by YPmobileHoping that the President of the cemetary puts a stone border up near graves that are next to the road. A more respectful border needs to be put in place. Do the right thing g.

Provided by YPmobileYou need to take responsibility and fix the steging head stone. No family member should have to think about the safety of a grave site bc it was put in the road. How would you like it if that was your family member or yourself? Shame on you!
