i.eI wouldnt even give them one star. Recieved faulty furniture and after requesting for brand new pieces we never recieved a phone call. We eventually called them asking what was going on and WE had to go to the store and pick it up. The couches are already lumpy after only having them for a month. The "Vice President" was extremely unprofessional blaming everything on me (the customer) when it was their sales associate that failed to go into detail about the final sale. Read their warranty! the sales lady said it covers everything but in reality it covers just about nothing. We got royally screwed and the "Vice President" is unwilling to do anything about it. STAY AWAY!! ., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
