I would give five stars, but they stopped delivering to my address. I have ordered dozens of pizzas from them and now they don't deliver to me.

Pizza Hut Store #012975I visited your above numbered store on January 23, 2011 at 5:00 PM. My daughter and I were guest seated at one of four occupied tables. When we enterd the store, we were told to select a table of our choice. Some 5 to 7 minutes later, we had not yet been asked to place our order. Two couples were eating their mail at one table; a family of 5 were given their order; the third table were placeing their order; but WE were NEVER asked to place our order.So we went to the check out counter and I requested a small drink (...so I could get the store number). Even this took longer to receive than I thought was necessary. When my order was given to me, I paid and accepted my drink but left my order at the check-out.As we approached our home in El Paso, we placed a phone order to Pizza Hut store #023647 and our order was ready when we got to the store.I want to know your follow-up to the experience we had at store #012975.
