Provided by SuperpagesI honestly would not even like to give them a one star rating, I would give zero if I could. They called me at 8pm on a Thursday night to come pick up my father's hospital bed..he had not even passed away yet, we were at hospice still. The only person that ever apologized was the man that was there to pick it up. A woman called me back later that night, with an attitude and did not apologize for them coming to pick up his bed before he even died. As this was not hard enough!! When I called to schedule the pick up, nobody said sorry for your loss, sorry we came before he even died! When they came to pick it up, stop not condolences! They are heartless and I would not recommend them to anyone!

Provided by SuperpagesThis last Friday, I had a major problem with my c-pap machine. It would not work. I called Home Care Specialists as they were the ones I got it from. I was informed by the answering service that no one was available in that department over the weekend to help me. I informed the answering service if they would kindly contact anyone on call for the company to call me. A phone call was returned and I was informed of the same thing. No one was available to help me and some one would call me on Monday to help. This piece of equipment that failed is life sustaining for me as my O2 saturation levels drop to 60%. I am 64 years old this is STROKE area and possible death for me. I like breathing. On Monday I had to call them again as apparently somebody forgot to relay the message to call me. I receive a phone call from them around 4:30 pm. We played phone tag until 6:00PM. I was once again informed there was no help available as it was after hours. Customer service appears to be lacking here

Provided by SuperpagesWhen I ordered replacement equipment, they didn't tell you that it could take as much as 7-10 days to arrive. It took my order 5 business days just to be shipped! When I called to follow-up, the customer service rep was remarkably rude and insensitive. It is astounding to have such a poor shipment and delivery policy in this day and age. I am looking for another supplier, and will be advising my doctor of the new policy and how it negative impacts patients.
