STAY AWAY!!!
Went for the first time to check out the environment and service. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE AND MOST RUDEST BARRENDER I HAVE EVER MEET IN MY 50 YEARS OF LIVING. VERY SLOW , UNFRIENDLY AND DID I MENTION RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVERY MEET. DON'T GO!!! There are way better establishments downtown Haverhill. Spend your time and money elsewhere!!!! So glad I didn't eat there. Thanks for ruining my night out.

Kruegers has been a regular lunch and dinner spot for my family the past year we have lived in Haverhill. However today when we asked to send back an undercooked pizza, the chef who happened to also be the owner shrugged and said nothing. They refused to make another pizza or even put the undercooked one back into the oven. What really took me by surprise was while I was talking to my friends who work there, the waitress of my table stopped to talk to my friends as well. Not noticing me there, she commented on my family saying how we were such a problem. This waitress continued to talk about my father disrespectfully in front of me, rolling her eyes. The owner smirked at us on the way out. I am disgusted at the way they serve their customers and will never eat at kruegers again.
