First of all customer service and professionalism is minimal at best. Walked into the receptionist and owner arguing. They continued to bicker as I was waiting for a “hi” or “how may I help you”. They rushed me to explain my service needs for the snowblower.
Picked up snowblower 1.5 months later and to a “tune up” bill of $180. Problem is carburetor is not running smooth, same as when I dropped it off. Transmission was not looked at due to not being on the work order.
What they did do for $180 was pressure was it and possibly change oil. I did not ask for a pressure wash. Will not return or recommend. Don’t waste you time or money!!!

I called on Thursday, they picked it up Friday, and I had my lawn tractor back the following Friday. It had needed a head gasket, a tune up, greasing, blade sharpening, etc. When I got it back it ran as perfectly as the day I bought it and almost looked it too because they gave it a complimentary power wash as well. I thought the price of everything was very reasonable and they're nice people to deal with as well because there's no baloney, no excuses and no surprises.
