Provided by YP.comI had problems with the drain that they installed. Called many times and they finally responded after I posted a negative remark. I agreed to remove the remarks if the job was repaired, but it had to be repaired right. Not even close. Company removed the drain, installed a poor paver system down that left small pebbles going into the pool and jamming the pool motor. They came out to repair that only vacuuming out some of the rocks. Over the weekend a friend jammed her toe breaking her toe because of the poor job, large spacing. Use caution. I called several times to express my displeasure, transferred around, no return calls.

Provided by YP.comStay away. Botched job and they will not respond. They don't own up to their work. Have great pictures to prove it.

Provided by YP.comTriad did an exposed aggregate walkway at my home. Even though this was a small project, they did an excellent job. I have received so many compliments from friends and neighbors. Construction is a tough business - some people don't understand that weather, inspections and other contractors can hold up a project. Subsequently, Triad has done three pool decks in my immediate neighborhood and they are all gorgeous! I highly recommend this company and suggest you check out their website for examples of their work. Also, my investigations show Triad has an "A+" rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Provided by YP.comI had a pool deck done by these guys. They have a very good local reputation although I can't understand WHY ... Their head salesman Gene Mazzone, is a GREAT talker. He communicates competence and confidence in providing exactly what you're looking for. But once you’ve signed the check for the first 30%, that's where the good feelings stop. The work is done in a sloppy, "quick and dirty" manner, cutting corners whenever possible. For the relatively high prices that they charge, you’d think that quality would not be an issue. The contract is nothing more than a front-end-loaded payment schedule with little bearing on the work that gets done. Gene’s verbal assurances are as meaningless and he quickly morhs into a squishy mouth-piece for an unresponsive and dishonest organization.
Here some details: the initial excavation was done by people (sub contractors?) who had only the vaguest knowledge of the work perimeter. They excavated areas that were not part of the project and didn’t touch areas that were. They even added crushed stone before all of the exaction had been completed then disappeared for weeks leaving the site entirely unprepared for any of the other contractors (pool installers, electricians, and masons) who are part of pool construction project. I was forced to hire additional workers to keep the work ongoing. There are things that Triad had promised to do but delayed for weeks in providing. Most of feel-good “We’ll take care of it all” assurances from Gene were total fiction … like I said, Gene is great talker! The workers are mostly Mexican immigrants, hard working and methodical. I really liked these guys but communication in English is tough and they have minimal supervision apparently.
Then there was the diving board installation. Yeah, Triad took care of it all … The Triad workers looked me right in the eye and lied to me about the size of the concrete anchor that they had installed. Normally, I would have no way of knowing the truth about the concrete anchor since it was underground so they just stood there and lied to me. But unexpected circumstances revealed that the anchor that they installed was 35% of the minimum size recommended by HR Smith, the diving board manufacturer. I spoke their engineer and was told that the diving board base that they installed was in the category of “dangerous” in their words. In case you’re wondering, a diving board is the #1 highest liability item in a swimming pool. Nice job Triad! Too bad you got caught in your lie.
And if all this wasn’t enough, they ended by vacating the site leaving 8 cubic yards of waste debris for me to remove. In summary, I have not done business with a less satisfying contractor in 25 years. (Thank God it’s over!) There MUST be somebody better for sort of this work than these “con men”.

Provided by YP.comTHIS BUSINESS DOES NOT CARE IF THEIR WORK IS DONE TO THE CONTRACT. THEY ARE NON-RESPONSIVE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR SUB-STANDARD WORK.
