I've been using ATS since 2010 and managing properties since 1998. I had no complaints about them until now. I mistakenly switched the first & last name of the applicant. When I spoke w/ them to rerun the criminal & eviction report they said they'd charge me full price for the reports individually ($9.95 & $11.95) which is more than the package w/ the credit report (19.90). They said they wouldn't allow me to run the package deal again (which I understood) but when I asked if they would just charge me for the package deal but not run the credit, they said no. They refused to reduce the price by $2. When I pointed out to the manager that they would be losing a customer her response was 'Ok'. I'm a member of the local/regional landlord association so you can bet I'll be talking about this experience. My impression is that they they don't value long term relationships more than $2.
