Provided by YP.comI am a property owner and have had previously used Farley Property Management . I wish I would of known how horrible of an experience it was going to be. When you live over 800 miles from your property and have a hired management company the expectations are that they will be honest and forthcoming and care for your property. Farley Property Management has been the complete opposite of what you’d expect from such a company and you have to pay for the disservice they provide! They have no management skills, the record keeping is shady ( I’ve received statements saying they made deposits of rent monies owed and not received it for weeks) and they refuse to communicate. It’s a revolving door of employees who can’t or won’t help because they can only take messages for Duane Farley and Sam Freeman. Most messages go unanswered and voicemail mailboxes are full when you try to leave a message on their cell phones. I am still trying to collect the last month rent and my damage deposit as well as my HOA by law book from them and feel legal actions is my only options at this point. I am very fortunate that I have amazing tenants that are working with me and caring for my home

Provided by YP.comVery difficult to work with. Repairs NEVER made to property including a fire hazard in the laundry room. "Handyman" they send to look at issues is very unprofessional and doesn't seem to be more than a part changer, never really FIXES anything. Horrible experience and would never use them again.

Provided by YP.comOne of the most difficult management companies I have ever dealt with and I have rented for over 10 years. You call in a repair request and they lose the request and when you call in to re-report the request you often are treated as though you are a constant "bother" and are greeted with attitude. One repair, the only light in the dinning room, took 3 months for them to replace it, sending out two different repair men, both agreeing it needed to be replaced and I had to in the end call daily for them to finally have it replaced. Another example was the oven went out on a Saturday, they advertise 24/7 maintenance assistance, was able to reach them but was told since it was an appliance no one would be available until Monday to come out but that they would be there "first thing Monday." No one showed and since I was at work I did not know this until after I came home, I called back on Tuesday and was assured someone would be there Wednesday, long story short it took until Friday for them to have the repair person come in. They have also not had the key available for maintenance causing further delay in what was already a delay in repairs. So all I can say is beware and rent elsewhere they are not worth the hassle and the very unprofessional attitude from the company owners and their employees.
