My son had an appointment at 8:20am. We arrived at 8:25am. He had a terrible ear infection and was in lots of pain when I woke him up is why we were a little late. We were told he couldn't be seen because Dr. Heather Sheppard was booked up and had meetings all day. There was one person in the waiting room. Didn't seem very busy to me. Wold not recommend
