I placed an order with EC for a neutral vertical planner on November 27, 2016 I received it on December 14, 2016 only to see that the planner was colorful and not neutral how I wanted it. Mind you that this is supposed to be a Christmas present so I am in a bit of a rush. I went online to schedule a call regarding my order only to see that the earliest they can call me back is Monday the 19th. Today is Wednesday the 14th. So I went on to the BBB website and got their phone number to call them, since like I said, I am in a bit of a rush. A woman picks up and tells me that the only way they can help me is by scheduling an appointment for Monday. After describing my issues and telling her the problems I have had with this company, her reaction was to talk over me and offer no help. In the end, I gave her my information and am awaiting a phone call which may or may not happen since she told me is not guarantee that they can call me today or tomorrow. I am SUPER angry with this company and after I receive this planner, I will NEVER order from them again.
