I love this muffler shop. It's my to go shop..new owner but the owner worked there for over 15 years..nothing really changed..he's a nice man, he helped me a lot. I was in need of a converter, prices in other shops were way too expensive. Not only fast service but also great job! If you're in the area and in need of mufflers or converters stop by. They also have brake service. Definitely recommend it. Btw they're not mechanics most muffler shops don't have the machine to turn off your lights. I know this because I deal with a lot of cars. & give the guy a break he's a new owner, you're the one who gave the wrong credit card. & u run over here to leave a review. That's sad!

I went to this buisness because I have done buisness with them in the past. I learned that they had changed owners ,but I was there so I had them replace my cat converters. I learned that the # 1 cat was bad when I went to get my car smoged. . Rose mufflers quoted me $330.00 to replace it. He also offered me a deal of $600.00 if I replaced both cats stating that if 1 went bad the other wasnt far behind. This made sense to me so I agreed. He insisted that I pay in advance which I did ,but upon returning the next day to pick up the car I realized that I had used the wrong card. I explained this to the owner and he said "No Problem" I will credit the one card and charge the correct card. It has now been 2 months and I finally got my credit card statements ,but he instead of charging me what he quoted me which was the $600.00, charged me $660.00 on both cards!!!!.. what an inconvieance! I had to go back down there several times, he didn't know how to credit back the first $660.00 back to my card 1st of all, then he refused to credit my card the the $60.00, he swears that he never told me the above quote! He also does not have the equipment to reset the car computer after a converter is replaced!!!. why wasn't i told about this to begin with??!! what do i know!, This guy is a nightmare. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
