WOW!



Do not use these guys! Especially Brian.



I hired them to serve papers for a small claims suit. Simple enough. I hired them on a Thursday and was told I should know the results by Monday. I waited until monday and then on the following monday I sent an inquiry email.



No response. So I waited until wednesday and called them. The guy seemed irritated but said that they would get the job done.



another week passed and I called again. They said they had served the papers and would send out an email directly with the information. When I did not get the email I emailed them again just to let them know I did not receive it. About an hour later my phone rang. When I answered it I was being screamed at! It took me a few minutes to figure it out but it was Brian from South Bay Legal Services SCREAMING at me that he in fact sent the email that day!. He demanded that I check my email with him on the line as to avoid wasting any more of his time. I was at work and in no mood to be yelled at so I hung up. As it turned out he sent it to the wrong email address. I advised him where to send it and he did. It took him 10 seconds to send the email but he spent 5 minutes yelling at me over the phone. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. If I could give them negative stars I would. WOW!
