I have used this place for 15 years. Not only do I continue to bring my corvette, but I also trust them to work on my other vehicles. Always great service. Always great work. Always helpful. I love these guys. And BTW, I am located in Santa Monica and pay for upgraded AAA just so I can continue to use them - if that helps give you an idea of my loyalty!

My car sat in their facility for nearly a month. When I picked it up unbeknownst to me it was missing many of the original parts it came with. However these parts were conveniently all stuff you couldn't see when it was dark out.



As soon as the light of day came the following morning I saw all the problems, this was a Saturday. Problems included many trim pieces were missing, and integral pieces like the lower air dam and structural support for the bumper had disappeared. Additionally one fog light was now thoroughly scratched and the other ceased to work at all.



The car went back to the shop the following Monday. I dropped by for a surprise inspection on Wednesday and the car hadn't moved. They then spent the next day hastily slapping parts on the car. When I went to pick the car up again, they literally handed me the grill for the hood scoop and told me they couldn't make it fit.



I then informed them of the other still missing parts on the car, to which they had no answer and left in disgust.



I'm now pursuing a refund for all labor charges incurred against myself and my insurer.

If you want your car Completely Ruined then go there! That's what happened to us.



They used the wrong parts, damaged our car, tried to add extra work then on top of all that, they tried to hold our car hostage when they said we authorized them to do work that we didn't!



DON'T GO THERE! You'll Be Sorry. We Were!
