Was going to get a sandwich however it is closed. It's 12:42 pm, What's up with that?

Would never order here again. I ordered $25 worth of food online and paid for it. Get to the store and am told they don't actually carry soup at all and would not refund me or let me pick what I wanted to replace it, at the total value.

On top of that, my coke without ice was watered down and the autumn carved turkey sub didn't have the cranberry sauce or mustard it was supposed to come with. I called the store up on the phone and was told I was wrong and that you have to select the cranberry sauce online, which just isn't the case. There is no selection option for it, because it is supposed to automatically come on the sub.

I feel as if I just wasted my money and won't be returning ever again unless this is made right.

Called in and ordered 6 & 1/2 sandwiches, was told it would be 45 minutes. Ok fine, so 45 minutes later sandwiches were not made. My daughter said the same thing happened to her the same day, but for one sandwich!! Cancelled the order and went next door to China House. Got 6 dinners in15 minutes!!
