Going through a terrible, frustrating, and expensive situation with Prisco Spas. Bought a Watkins Jettsetter floor model, with a full new warranty.
Its been broken more than 50% of time I bought it in 2018. They have sent service people out at least every month if not multiple times. They actually removed the tub and took it back for repairs a couple of months ago for an undefined leak. Then returned it and its still not working properly. Don't know what to do!!!! But I would definitely stay away from this manufacturer and distributor.
