I should have read these reviews before ordering from this jerk. Dominic, the donkey, for a better term, was very rude and obnoxious with me when I called to tell him that the floral arrangement I had ordered was nothing like the picture. Before hanging up, I told him this is why he gets bad reviews. I was so disappointed when I was sent a picture of the arrangement from my recipient. It's not that it was bad, it just wasn't anything like what I had ordered. I expected to be blown away and I was horribly deflated!! I can't believe his lack of common courtesy to the customer.

Please save yourself trouble and apologizes and go elsewhere. Afternoon of the delivery date Tiffany's told me that they could not complete my order and that the flowers would not be delivered. No apology. Worst service ever. I would comment on the flowers but they were never delivered. Bad management/ownership. STAY AWAY!

I was emailed that my v-day order was canceled at 4pm on v-day (it was placed days before and I rec'd a confirmation email with confirm #). When I called up I was told that they never rec'd my order and that they were out of everything and could not help me. No substitution, no help, just tough luck! Stay away if you want to actually get what you order. STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
