I have be a customer for many years and for the past 2 months I feel the service is under par. My sales person has forgot to place my order two weeks out of the last 6 weeks and has affected my business and I am not happy. I was promised after the first incident that I would have the sales person at my restaurant for a promotion giving away prizes for my customers and he never showed. After that he never showed of an order that he was to place for valentine's weekend. I feel that the company does not hold their employees accountable for their actions and it's hurting their business.
