We started out in a recreational program for our 3 year old daughter. Her coaches were friendly and fun. As our child progressed she was put into different classes to challenge her and teach her more about the sport of gymnastics. The communication from staff to parents was exceptional. Now our daughter is competing on the compulsory team. The coaches are highly educated in all aspects of the sport. They keep it fun while challenging each athlete to be the best they can be. I highly recommend checking out this gym if you are interested in getting your child involved in gymnastics!!

ok

While the coaches are great, you definitely can tell there is favoritism. Some kids are obviously treated differently. I havent had a bad experience myself but know of others who have. I would recommend them for kids just starting.

This is a horrible place for both children and adults alike. The facility itself is very poorly equipped as well as disgusting. The gym somehow manages to “teach” skills to children while having horrid coaching technique and zero teaching ability; as well as having extremely outdated and rickety equipment. The class rotation is not the slightest bit organized and it seems as if the constant fall back for thus, is going to play on the trampoline. But needless to say, the most aggravating quality of the “establishment” is that the owners try to push and flaunt their imaginary religion upon the children and any others who make the mistake of setting foot inside that trap. The majority of parents seem to withdraw their children after very short periods of time. So save yourself the hassle and don’t bother trying to enroll there.

Northwest Cheer (an awesome Allstar cheer program) changed ownership. New owner moved us to Flip Factory gym. The team spiraled downhill from there. They want to compete nationally, but Flip Factory does not have the coaching staff to support that. Their fees are low...but you get what you pay for! The owner speaks highly about cheer out of one side of his mouth and then does nothing to support the team out of the other. His coaches are rude and dismissive to parents. They play favorites. The owner and the coaches bad mouth other cheer programs in the area and cheerleaders that leave their team to go elsewhere. The girls don't get enough instruction on skills. If you don't know how to do a cartwheel already, you won't learn from them, which is surprising since they are a gymnastics facility. There are other better choices in the area!

A clean facility, With a wonderful staff that constantly tries to challenge children of all levels, and abilities. We have been extremely satisfied with the progress our children have made, since moving to their club last summer. The rate of their growth is a true testament to their hard work and dedication.
