Provided by YP.comWe have now been with little lights since early 2015, and my child loves it more than anything. The staff go above and beyond to prepare my child for his school years to come. A few weeks ago my youngest was diagnosed with Meningitis and was admitted to the CHKD in Norfolk. After calling Little Lights, they were the first group of people to pray for my family and I, and my son's teachers Mrs. Sylmarie, called me on my personal phone to tell us she was praying for our family and my daughter Grayce. She then took the time out of her day to get school work ready for my son, who was unable to come to school for a few weeks due to transportation. I have love for all the people at this school. They are amazing, and they take pride in what they do for the children. I highly recommend this to any family in Gloucester County... Thank you Little Lights

Provided by YP.comLittle Lights has been an amazing blessing to our family. Our children, now 2 and 4, started at the Center when they were 7 months and 3. The infant room and Ms. Deb are beyond exceptional. They have procedures in place that provide above average care in all areas and give me peace of mind while working. They were able to effectively and thoroughly communicate about our daughter's day through these systems. However, the most invaluable part of our experience with the infant room was how much they valued and loved our daughter. The care and love for our child while in that room was, and continues to be, genuine and sincere. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Our youngest daughter has since moved to the toddler room, but we continue to be impressed with the care and love she receives.
Our oldest daughter started in the Pre-K3 program and has since moved to Pre-K4. Ms. Anna was wonderful and patient about introducing our daughter to a classroom environment (previously she had only been at home with me). Our daughter learned the obvious things, letters and numbers, but also came home excited about things like volcanoes, nature walks and the paintings she had created. In Mrs. Nicki's class I have continued to see exponential growth. My daughter's problem solving skills and communication skills have increased and I know it is because of the modeling she experiences at school. Overall, I feel that the staff understands the crucial role they play in our children's lives and they are willing to embrace and respond to that opportunity in an overwhelmingly positive way.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I can not say enough positive remarks about Little Lights! The care they provide is unmatched. As a public school teacher, I value education and training opportunities for care providers and Little Lights goes above and beyond to ensure it's staff is top notch in their field. This high level of qualification is evident in every person you will come across employed with them! As a mother of a child with needs that differ from his typical peers, I will be forever grateful for the guidance they have provided that has contributed to his success in kindergarten. When we first contacted LLCC, we were a family feeling quite lost in how to help our child succeed and they have continued to help us overcome any obstacles. Little Lights has a phenomenal toddler and two year old program as well. We look forward to seeing our youngest thrive as he continues on his LLCC journey. Little Lights is FAMILY oriented and offers many opportunities for family members to see the amazing work being done to lead every child to success! We are thrilled with our experience with Little Lights!

Provided by YP.comIf you are looking for a place that will truly give you all around care, with no worries, this is the place. Yes Moms, I understand that it is a difficult concept to grasp - the idea of placing your child in the care of another and not worrying about them. I promise it is true! We started at Little Lights after having my son cared for by his grandmother for the first 3.5 years of his life. I was terrified of placing him in a day care setting. The staff at Little Lights could not have been more understanding and accommodating to my obsessive phone calls and questions. My son thrived at Little Lights, making friends that he is still close with. He came out of their preschool program reading chapter books and tested out as the top reader in his grade by the time he entered First Grade. The Summer Program at Little Lights helped ensure he didn't suffer any "summer setback", the staff keeps the children constantly engaged and learning. I would recommend Little Lights Childcare Center to any parent looking for a place where their child will be loved as family.

Provided by YP.comLittle lights is great!!! Not only is it the safest daycare in the area but it is also the most patient.
Despite changing work schedules and pulling the kids out on different occasions when family has moved to help care for them, little lights is also so happy to welcome us back. We have been with little lights since my daughter was 6 weeks old! She is now 5! My son is now 8!...They are always accepting of any feedback you bring them and they make a great environment for the kids...Little Lights is the GO TO for day care!!!

Provided by YP.comMy wife teaches pre-K4 at Little Lights and our two daughters, ages 4.5 and 1.5, have both attended Little Lights for over a year. The infant room was perfect for our youngest daughter. Ms. Deb takes care of all of the children like they are one of her own. Our oldest attended pre-K3 and pre-K4 at Little Lights. Both Ms. Anna and Ms. Nicki taught her so much while giving her independence to explore new subjects on her own. She loves going to school every day. I couldn't recommend another pre-K or day care in Gloucester County more!
