I was on vacation a few months ago and bought this great new collar and leash made by Lupine. After getting home and putting on my puppy, his littermate promptly chewed it off. I went to the pet castle to find a replacement, bringing the chewed one with me just to size it. The pet castle carried Lupine collars (I didn't know that at the time) and they honored the guarantee with out me even asking (or expecting) it! Yes, they replaced a chewed collar I bought out of town, the pet castle truly goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They also showed me several spray on items that I can put on my collar to keepp it from being chewed up again. They said if the first one doesn't work, they will keep replacing it(at their expense) with a different product until I find one that works. Richard and Elaine truly understand superior customer service, and I will only shop at the pet castle from now on.

This store is terrific for its personal service. If you want something they don't have in stock for your pet, they will order it for you and call when it arrives. They are very helpful and friendly.
