We live on a small island with a long wooden bridge. When we first built our home, Phillips was the only company who would even talk to us about service and they always make a point to send their smallest truck when partially empty to minimize weight and maximize ability to maneuver. Also, when our tank floated away in Hurricane Isabel, Phillips was there the next morning with a temporary replacement tank to tide us over until they could get in with a new tank.

When we moved to Gloucester 15 years ago, we knew nothing about our very old oil boiler. NOTHING. We called Phillips and told them our situation. Within 30 minutes of our call, a young man was at our door with a huge smile wanting to help us. That young man was John Phillips. Another time, our AC went out right before noon on Labor Day. Once again John and another man came to our rescue. When they saw they could not fix it, they came to our rescue by bringing a temporary window unit so we would not be without air conditioning on a very hot day. Phillips Energy provides oil and propane for our home systems and has provided, installed, and serviced our gas logs, grill, AC, heat pump both in our home and another house we renovated.
