This is the worst company ever I saw.I received the key 2 days after my contract start. after that, I had to call at least 5 times to send someone for moving inspection.All house broke and water was leaking to the house full of the mold.Still, the job has not been completed after one month.
The John Goodwin Customer service manager is very unprofessional and rude.He definitely doesn't know what is he doing.
please look at the property management experience before signing any contract.

Real Property Management Pros is without a doubt, the WORST property management company I have ever experienced. Not only do their contracts include clauses that are outside of the norm (like that they can start showing your property anytime they want, ours was put back on the rent market when we had nearly three months left of a one year lease), but they are COMPLETELY unresponsive to their tenants. Their property manager (Chuck) was an absolute joke of a property manager. We would email him and we'd be lucky if we saw a response three days later and it was usually a one word response that didn't address the issue.

The property we rented was still being renovated nearly two months into our stay with NO compensation of any kind for the inconvenience. We reported the master bath drain was draining slower than it should. After nearly a week, they sent out an incompetent repair plumber that attempted to snake the drain but indicated there was something blocking the drain. They sent out the contractor who remodeled the bathroom who ended up removing the sheetrock from the ceiling to get to the pipes only to reveal that the first plumber was just hitting a 90 degree turn in the plumbing and there was only a minor block caused by years and years of gunk built up, not hair or anything else.

When it came time to get our deposit back, they charged US for the plumbing repair calling it "maintenance"!!! They charged us nearly $700 for this fiasco and all through it we got no or little response from the property management company.

My wife is in the real estate business and works with thousands of clients, and real estate agents in the DMV area. She tells every one of them to avoid this horrible company like the plague and you should too! Feel free to contact me or respond to this review, I'm happy to send pictures and documentation, anything to convince other people not to be SCAMMED by this absolute joke of a property management company.

Horrible company. Took 8 months for plumbing repair that was damaging hardwood floors. Claimed it was due to owner not approving repairs but what owner wouldn't want plumbing leak repaired. House was in horrible shape when we moved in as well. Clearly not cleaned as was promised when rented.

I've tried contacting them, but they never even answered their phone, or called me back. That tells me enough.

DO NOT TRUST THEM

They are impossible to get in touch with: it has taken me several days of calls and emails to get in touch with someone on multiple occasions over the last three years.

They never get back to you: I have waited up to 4 weeks for responses at times.

They are rude: when I don't get responses I get upset, they finally respond with rude remarks.



They schedule inspections and never show up, with no excuse or word. We had water damage due to structural issues and had concerns about mold. They said they didn't think there was mold, and that was the end of that. I have even left messages with their "supervision" and she can't even get back to me. On several occasions when they send maintenance people they haven't spoken a word of English, no translator.



The list goes on and on. Don't make the mistake!

Run! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They claim they are #1, but number one at being the most lazy, useless group of people. Our property was mismanaged from day one.Tausha was our account manager. She did not return calls or emails. She did not make pre-arrange appts. She did next to nothing to manage any situations involving the house and maintenance issues. In fact, she ignored the issue and our warrenty and made the problem 10 times worse! Then, she and Patty forced us to pay more money to the tenets for Mangement Pros incompetance!!! Contacting the manager, Patty is impossible. She told us she does not take phone calls and does not read her email! We work and cannot come see her physically every time. Management Pros made promises that were not fulfilled. We now have a new manager who is just as incompetent. He called me (owner) to schedule 6 month walkthrough with tenet. He charged us for items that were already paid and he overcharged those items.



THis company is a complete wreck! Patty is dishonest and does not want to properly help or manage anyone or anything. Tausha is useless. The new guy is just a confused as the rest.



If you want a competent management company, DO NOT COME HERE.
