Dr.Charowhad has been nothing but amazing to my family band me over the years. She always goes above and beyond for us, from working us in and getting my child referred to a pediatric optometrist for her special problem. We are blessed to have her as our eye Care doctor.

Go elsewhere! Dr. Candy C was the rudest doctor I have been to. I chalked the first time we went as her having a bad day, but the second time was worse. I will not be taking my son back there! She did not explain my son's eye exam results to me at all instead, handed my 9 yr old son the prescription and walked away. She did not acknowledge my presence as the minor child's parent. After I looked at the script and realized his eye sight had gotten worse, I said, "Looks like the prescription got worse?" She was already taking another patient in and from across the room yelled, "Kids eyes do that, no need to be mean to him!" Wow, I was not being mean. I was trying to clarify the results as she did not even explain them to me. On her office door reads, "Glorify God." She either hates her life or hates her job, either way she needs to be the Christian she is claiming to be. I'm done with her office!

My family have been patients of Dr. Charowhas for many years.



Wait times are kept to a minimum. We are always pleasantly greeted and checked in by the receptionist



Preliminary exam work is efficiently conducted while other patients waiting are acknowledged and updated with expected wait times.



The working relationship between clinical and office staff is evidently trusting and seamless.



Exam fees are competitive for the area, and reasonable. Insurance claims are processed in a timely manner; with no unexpected out-of-pocket fees experienced raised in the past 10 years.



The clinical care is consistently provided within the standards for Optometrist care. Exam findings are followed up with clinical options, including costs are clearly explained.



It is my pleasure to recommend Dr. Charowhas to friends and newcomers.to the area.

The girl at the front desk is rude and obnoxious. I will not be going back after my experience dealing with her.
