Founded in 2008, Haysville West Middle School is a learning center that provides educational programs to more than 590 students in grades six through eight. It offers classes in English, reading, math, science, social studies, language arts and computer education. The school also provides lessons in art, music, Spanish and physical education. Haysville West Middle School administers special education and gifted and talented programs. It maintains band, choir and orchestra groups, as well as provides counseling, psychology and nursing care services. The school features an art department and media center. Haysville West Middle School also organizes trips and fundraising programs. It is located in Haysville, Kan. and is a part of the Haysville Unified School District.
