i went to cycle salvage hayward to sell some stuff. after bein treated like a person instead of just a customer by brandon, we came to an agreement we were both happy with. chris was more than helpfull and very cool, and was really on his toes. i was expecting to just sell some parts..... but left with what i needed anyway and in a good mood. good guys. ill be back.

I took my 98 Suzuki to get it repair. I am new with motorcycles so i didnt know what it could be wrong with the bike. After their diagnostic, they told me it has this and that and that they would charge about $500. I decided to take it to another place and HAD to pay the diagnostic fee. When i took it to the other place the ONLY thing it was wrong was that the fuel switch was on reserve and thus it couldnt turn on. The bike works well and nothing was wrong with it. I called and argue about their wrong diagnostic, All they said was "oh i apologize, but i dont think it was just that". They didnt even know what to say. Be careful of your money and time.

The staff at Cycle Salvage are top notch. I have visited them on three occasions and have found them friendly, helpful and patient when asking questions. I have visited other motorcycle stores in the area and they are by far the best!
