I felt like a lost dog not having my treadmill running and broken for a month.. Everyone told me to buy a new one since mine was like an old relic over 12 years old and also I just couldnt afford it. So I called and got the run around and all kinds of shady sales pitches and finally the only one willing to help me and not try and sell me a new treadmill was a rep named Jeff at Gym Doctors. Frankly he sounded the most knowledgeable with no BS. We made an appointment and their technician came out and serviced my treadmill, then showed me exactly what was damaged and what it would cost to fix it. After my approval, (they had to order the part) they came back in 4 days and got my machine up and running like a champ. I'm a happy camper and I will definately spread the good word and refer them since its hard to find honest people these days without trying to sell, rob or steal from you...

My elliptical had developed a squeak and was sounding tiered so I hopped on yellow pages to find a local repair shop. I actually tried calling 2 other businesses before calling Gym Doctors but they just went to voicemail and Gym Doctors answered.

The girl on the phone was very courteous, explained all my options and got me an appointment within 2 days.

The tech was on time and super polite. I told him about my white carpet and he ran to his car and got a pair of shoe covers before coming in my house. That impressed my wife!! Then he gave my machine a full tune up and that took care of the squeaks. He then had me try it out and my elliptical felt like new.. Then I was impressed.

If you need any help with your fitness equipment call these guys. You wont be disappointed.

Excellent customer service. Setting up an appointment was quite easy. Technician Jason was prompt and professional. He came on time, guided me through the simple maintenance steps so that I could do it on my own later. He also informed me that my elliptical was still under parts warranty and ordered me a replacement broken cover and showed me how to install it when it arrives so I won't have to pay again for a second service call. I would definitely use them again.

These guys provide great service. Jay was prompt and very friendly. I wish more companies had employees such as him. He had my elliptical serviced and working well in less than an hour. Thanks for keeping your blog current and informative as well.

I tried to save some money and went with a one-man show out of San Jose, and got what I paid for. After playing phone tag for a week finally got a call back, set up an appointment and the guy never showed up after I sat around waiting for 4 hours. I was so frustrated that I got online looking for another company. I found Gym Doctors and got a hold of nice lady on the first call and got an appt. within 2 days. Technician showed up on time and got my elliptical working in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. I wish I called these guys first. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
