I feel safe knowing my Dad is being looked after. I wish I could do it myself, but I just can't. 3 kids of my own and a full time job, I can barely visit him twice a week like I do now.

There's plenty of Castro Valley homecare choices, but we went with HomeAide on the recommendation of a friend of mine who's a nurse.

The caregiver visits my dad and makes sure he's got enough food in, that he's got clean clothes, and that he's doing okay. They also do his blood pressure for us.

The most important thing is my dad is happy. He says he looks forward to his "girlfriend" visiting him!
