One of their batteries exploded on me. And I wasn't even complaining about that, but wanted to learn proper use and proper charge. There is no customer service nor does any information come with their product. They should not be allowed to sell to the public without safety instructions. I certainly would NOT use their Lighting profucts with small children in the household.

I purchased these pices of junk last June, 2 of them did not work, they sent replacements, now this summer 5 don't work, when I called your customer service department you asked if I used new batteries, what do you thnk, and you asked if I gave them time to charge, another stupid question, I told you I purchase cheaper solar lights for $3.00 from anther company and they worked for years, through blizzards and wind storms, your answer was that's another company, my response to that is yes, a much better company. I paid over $80.00 for these and expected to last, you also told me to take it up with Lowes since that we're an older model sitting on their shelf for a few years, admit it they are garbage, I called you in June and you told me 6 weeks for the replacement to arrive I called you today and said the same thing, and you also said you didn't hear of any other problems with these lights, well maybe you should be a bit more informed about your company, mostly all reviews were negative and all with the same problem! Did you ever hear of the customer is always right? I am done purchasing from your company! Also, your customer service employees are not professional, instead of saying so sorry for the problems, they try to blame the customer for being incapable of using your lights, hire someone with experience and telephone manners.

I purchased 8pk high output solar pathway lights from my local Lowe's 7/12/11. 5 of those lights have never worked. Only 3 would work sometimes. Customer service sent me 3 new batteries. The same 3 lights will work. The others won't work with the new batteries. I paid $89 for these lights. I have requested replacement lights or my money. They refuse. If you are going to sell these lights, you should honor your one year warranty without question. I have worked in customer service so I know the drill. But a "I am sorry, I can't help you" doesn't make for customers that want to purchase the item again. My name is Minnie Millsaps 336-984-3498 if you care to make it right.
