Jennifer is great! We went out and met with some other attorneys (after a terrible experience--see below), but Jennifer was the only attorney we met with that made my wife and I feel comfortable. She was easy to talk to, explained everything really well, and was knowledgeable. More importantly, we turned in our paperwork once, we always spoke to Jennifer directly, and our case was filed within a few weeks.



My wife and I retained another attorney in San Leandro first and it was a total nightnmare--he lost my paperwork three times, I only spoke to his secretaries, he never knew what was going on with my case, and after FOUR months, we asked for a refund (which also took forever).
