I have a retail store in Southern California an have been a good customer for 9 years. Over the years I had trouble with warped necks on both loar and recording king guitars which my Luthier took care of without sending them back as well as violin and cello fingerboards? Well now I have more than a dozen guitars with warped necks and enough is enough! Salesmans hands are tied due to management refusing to honor their product. I would be out of business if I treated my customers that way. Selling cheap chinese crap and not backing your good customers is not the answer? Anyone else had these problems? Just do not feel the same about this company and I know this will come back to haunt them.
