Mark Isham began his career in the janitorial industry while living in the Milwaukee area at the age of 18. He was employed as a janitor for St. Mary's Grade School in Elm Grove, WI for two years. Mark's next cleaning position was for M&W Industrial, where he cleaned for 10 years. Twelve years ago Mark moved from the Milwaukee Area to Hayward, WI to be closer to his family. At that time he gained employment with Al and Mary Reinemann. Initially, he was employed at their resort, Timber Trail Lodge and Condos. A few years after starting with the Reinamann's Mark began helping Mary at her realty business, Tri-R-Realty, where he performed  property management services. What began as a job that was ideal for working around a growing family's schedule evolved into a Property Management Business!!!
