Horrible service department

I purchased several cars from Cardinal Chevrolet over the years. After having a problem with my SUV's four wheel drive system, I took it to their service department to have it fixed under the factory warranty. I also requested they replace the drivers side power window motor as it had been acting sporadic. After getting my SUV back they "fixed" everything but they window was worse than ever--the motor kept running after the window had gone all the way down. It was a few weeks before I was able to return to have it fixed AGAIN but they told me that the warranty had expired and my third party extended warranty was not accepted. They tore it up in the first place! They also acknowledged that they didn't even replace the defective part, but another part that was lower in price. I have bought 2 new cars since then, neither of them from this dealer. I also wouldn't let their service department come within a yard of either. Unfortunately they're the only GM dealer in the area.
