I was told by the original carrier that had brought my Item to Hazard Express and dropped it off. They left it with them on Friday afternoon 3/17/17. I called Hazard express Monday morning, and they returned my call Monday afternoon, they got directions and it showed up at my house early Tuesday morning. The driver was extremely helpful and helped me put the freight into my garage. N.Lewis

I've been forced to use this horrid company two times now. Both times I was purchasing a new scooter and it was shipped freight. My scooter can somehow make it across the country in two days but can't make it from hazard to prestonsburg in over a week. The woman who answers the phone lies to your face and tells you someone will call you that evening to set up a delivery ... No one calls.



I have left voice mails, had the original shipper contact them and called all day. They may answer once out twenty calls.



If you have no other choice but to use this company add an extra 2 months into your expected delivery time... No joke. Last time it took 2 months...



There needs to be some sort of legal action for this type of behavior. No company should be allowed to keep goods you have paid for in their possession for that length of time.

My order has been with Hazard Express for 10 days and no one has contacted us to set-up delivery. I have called them and there is no answer. Left several messages.

They have been holding a customers freight for 10 days and will not answer the phone, not even the prime carrier can get a hold of them.
