We are very sorry you feel this way Bedbargins. We talked to our employees and they informed you that we are a wholesale distributor and therefore have to sell in full box quantities.

You obviously did not agree with this policy but when we break certain boxes we can no longer sell them to our wholesale customers.

I have bought plastic fasteners from them for the longest, I have always noticed that the people at the front counter are always in a hurry(short and abrupt) and if you ask them any questions they lash out and are rude, I will not name names but there is this one woman that keeps grunting when she helps you, dealt with the manager too; another rude woman. Majority of the products they sell are not theirs, they repackage them and sell to the public and make a percentage. Since my last visit in 2015 I decided not to do anymore business.....To the owners take the initiative and get them some help in customer service ethics and how to deal with public, if they dont react, replace them. You may have big commercial accounts and they are sustaining you, but these folks are hurting your business...and in the long run themselves. Just to prove I am a real customer I have attached an invoice I found and decided to write this review.

Above and beyond friendly. I work in a local tool crib and deal with MCF daily. Open on Saturday's at 7am. Who does that? Dedicated people like Motor City, that's who.

I have done business with this company many times over the past 10 years. the employees there are far and above the rudest and most unpleasant people I have ever had to deal with in my life. I have been consistently disrespect, Insulted, argued with, called names and mocked by the employees of this establishment. they go out of their way to make you feel like dirt and suggest that you are a major inconvenience to them. they are almost completely unwilling to help in any way with identifying thread types or nut sizes anything of this type. they are frequently unhappy with the quantities I choose to purchase and have told me because I am not a high volumes customer I am not worth their time. when they do help they do so very begrudgingly with lots of attitude. I have spoken with the employees and owner about it and was told if I didn't like it I could leave and not come back. this is what I did. I would not recommend this business to anyone for any reason and intend on never going there again.
