Provided by YPmobileWas 1 star because you have to check 1 to tell people how crappy they are ! They called for a service order from American Homeshield at 9 am this morning stating they were coming out and it's now 6:22 pm and no service guy nor even a phone call saying they were delayed or anything just wasted a whole day of my time as when I tried to call the number back they used it's an auto system saying they close at 5. I hope enough people spread the word to put these guys out of buisiness as there are good companies out there AHS could work with but seem to pick the worst in buisiness as we have had 3-4 bad companies sent from them !!!

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid $525 for the "Deluxe" opening which is suppose to come with "Guaranteed vacuuming to clear". Well, I paid IN FULL before they came out. The initial visit was in mid April, it is now the beginning of June and my pool still is not clear to swim in. Granted, I did have an issue with my pump but I would have expected to find that out in mid April when they first came out. They did not notify me until a month later. I had to leave town for a week on business and Larry assured me that someone would be out working on my pool but of course NOBODY came. "Somehow" a piece of my equipment was broken so I had to pay another $195.... Long story short, if you do decide to use them be prepared to make several calls to them a day/week for them to do their job and make sure there is someone home to ensure everything gets done. The President Jamie (not sure of spelling) was rude and seems to not mind LOSING business.

I have used them in the past with good experiences each time, but their service, reliability, and professionalism has declined to the point that I would never use them again. Their work is sub-standard and if you are not watching them when they do the work you won't get what you paid for. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation and go elsewhere for your pool service.

Provided by YP.comWe have had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences with this company! They never showed up when they were supposed to come close our pool for the winter, finally showing up several phone calls later and after our filter had been shut off for several weeks. To make matters worse, they lost our nice (and by the way, expensive) pool cover and instead had to close our pool with a thin, plastic cover. Water got in everytime that it rained, and froze over several times during the winter, leaving our pool in dismal shape for reopening this spring. When they came to reopen the pool, they simply took the plastic cover off and left, without speaking to us while they were there. I called and had somebody back out, but they simply showed up and left again without speaking to us (they knew we were at home) and did nothing for a second time. Last spring when they "opened" the pool, they left it very dirty! This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had with ANY company! Please heed my advice and do not hire them!
