Provided by YPmobileWould not recommend. Poor billing practices, confusion over treatment, was treated rudely when I asked questions about treatment options and costs. Paid all my bills but was accidentally sent to collections due to a billing error. Facility did not appear clean and I overheard a staff member making fun of an elderly patient who was struggling to understand her treatment. Unacceptable. Do NOT go here.
