We brought a friend's tablet for repair because her boyfriend broke the screen. We were given a clear explanation of how it would get repaired and what it was going to cost. The repair cost was a reasonable price. They are very knowledgeable. It was fixed quickly. Thank you so much for working a miracle. She is very happy to be able to copy her family's photos onto a hard drive. We will do business with this place again. 5 stars

Do not even waste your time -- 2 computers within 10 months from that place....how can they even be in business?

I have purchased items from here twice and both times the items malfunctioned. Do not expect to get your money back, only store credit for more overpriced faulty items. The service is horrible, when i walk into the store i get the feeling I'm bothering them just by looking around. I had to ask them for service and got an attitude for it. This store is just an e-bay outlet for cheap crap thats marked up to pay for the false appearance of an actual computer store. Worst store ever!
