first time buying from this company found them on car-part.com. They were great and very thorough make sure i got correct engine for my 07 mazda apparently there are 7 diff engine that could have come in that year car they sold it to me at a great priced shipped

wright to my mechanics shop for me. my car is up and running better then ever would highly recommend to any one shopping for a good used part

If there was a lower rating I would not had given them (Jason) 1 star. The sales representative they have answering the phones and taking sales calls is very Unprofessional, Rude and has no Customer Service skills. Jason refused to sell me a transmission, so I took my business to Gravely (800)491-4818 and told them about my experience, they knocked off the shipping charges for me which ended up being lower than what I was about to spend at Hazle! Gravely saved the day and it was a pleasure doing business with them........ Thanks Jason for being so rude, you saved me $150! Your management should really invest in better representation, YOU JASON are the 1st person new customers come in contact with and you should have a better attitude, you just lost your company hundreds of dollars and in this recession every dollar counts.
